For Transports publics de la région lausannoise (TL), we were able to carry out a retrofit on 35 trolley buses in cooperation with our subsidiary companies FBT, Carrosserie Tüscher and InterBUS in recent months.
HESS is a specialist company offering a broad range of services in connection with the life cycle management of buses and has many years’ experience in the modernisation and preservation of vehicles. Retrofit projects generally comprise the replacement of the flooring in the passenger compartment; the inspection of components and overhaul of the mechanics; updates and improvements to safety systems and ergonomics; and refurbishment of the passenger compartment e.g. with new seat covers, floor finishes etc. In each case, the scope of the work is defined with the customer.One such project we recently completed successfully and on schedule. In the past months, we have retrofitted 35 trolleybuses for Transports publics de la région lausannoise (TL), in cooperation with our subsidiary firms, Carrosserie Tüscher and InterBUS.We would like to thank TL for their trust in us and constructive cooperation during this exciting project. We at HESS are now looking forward to the next project (Series 45) with 27 trolleybuses of the type SwissTrolley4, which will run from February 2023 to May 2025.
