The Customer Service Days 2025 were all about exchange and further training - and took place in a special setting this year: in Portugal.
The participants, employees from transport companies with lighTram® fleets, were able to deepen their knowledge of maintenance and servicing and exchange ideas with experts from HESS.
A particular highlight was the visit to the HESS assembly plant in Lousado, between Braga and Porto. The bodyshells of most lighTram® vehicles are built in this modern and efficient production facility. The subsequent final assembly and commissioning take place at the headquarters in Bellach (CH).
