HESS optimises its customer service

At HESS, our focus is not only on developing and producing innovative electric buses but also on raising our customer service to a new level. That is why we would like to inform you about an important change within our organisation.

So that we can optimise our service and assist you even more quickly, we have completely overhauled our Life Cycle Management development. Our goal: more efficient processes, shorter waiting times and even greater customer satisfaction.

The most significant change is that we have integrated the sale of replacement parts into Life Cycle Management. What does that mean for you? Quicker availability of replacement parts and more effective use of our resources. Our newly formed department is now available and ready to help and advise you.
